Search Windows for faxand then click Windows Fax and Scan ofifcejet the list of results. Use the Print and Scan Doctor to identify and temporarily disable firewall software on your computer. On the Scan tab, click the Webscan application. Get the printer’s IP address from the printer control panel or by printing a network configuration page. Choose a different product.
Run the Print and Scan Doctor. Click Troubleshoot Firewalls in the drop-down menu.
Type the IP address in the address line of a web browser, and then press Enter.
