Very good condition original WWI Imperial German dress bayonet that is maker marked “W.K.&C.” on the right ricasso with the king and knight heads trademark. 7 ½” carbine style blade has beautiful original bright finish and was never sharpened. Remaining metal finish is nice original black paint showing a little normal wear and flaking. Checkered horn grips have a good tight fit and no damage. Bayonet has a false lock button. Fitted in correct original steel scabbard that has original black paint showing some normal wear and flaking, no dents. A nice WWI German dress bayonet for your collection.
