WWI German Model 1898 Bayonet Sword E&F Horster Solingen.
Pre WWI German Model 1898 Rifle Bayonet measuring 25.5" overall with a blade length of 20.5". Very good showing some light age patina, wear, use, blade is strait with some some dings see photos. Ricasso of blade marked, "E&F HORSTER SOLINGEN", nice working press-stud, nice wood grips, no scabbard. Cross-guard marked 24117. Pommel end has a large crown cartouche.
