Very good condition original WWI Imperial German artillery officer dress sword that is maker marked “W.K.&.C.” on the right ricasso behind the langet, with the king and knight heads trademark. 33” blade has original bright plated finish with a little freckling. Edge has a few nicks. Both sides of blade have sharp clear etching and fire blued panels. Left side has a horse-drawn artillery scene. Right side is unit marked to the 58

Field Artillery Regiment. Remaining metal finish is original bright plated showing some normal wear and flaking. Sharkskin covered grip has nice wire wrap that is just a little loose. No scabbard. A nice WWI German artillery officer sword with etched blade.
