Vintage Shaped Square Black Enamel Compact Cream Guilloche Enamel Lid with Roses

Description

Up for sale black enamel shaped square compact with an inset round cream guilloche enamel lid decorated with red roses, green leaves and a blue bow.  The interior of the compact has 2 compartments one for rouge and the other for powder.  On 2 adjacent sides of the compact are bales which suggest it used to have perhaps a chain which which to hold the compact.  The compact measures 2" x 2".  Vintage condition with signs of age, wear and use with wear to the reverse.
