Item is preowned and is loose with no packaging. When I bought this it would turn when you put a dime in it, but it did not seem to really spin like a slot machine. Maybe this is how it always worked, not sure. I opened it up and took out all the dimes and found a small plastic piece inside of it. This is taped to the top. It now has a dime stuck in the slot at the top and will not spin since that is blocking the slot. So this will need some work, but I think someone could get it going again.
