this was originally sourced as 'new' and found to be incompatible with a client's particular application.  This device was in use for
less than one hour.
Rather than returning the device to the original seller, I'm seling it as 'open box' with a bonus 12" HDMI cable not included with the original purchase.

TERMS OF SALE AND WARRANTY:
Seller reserves the right to cancel bids / orders from Buyers with zero or total negative feedback ratings or hidden feedback. Seller reserves the right to terminate this sale if eBay's or PayPal's network becomes inaccessible during the duration of this listing.
1. COMMUNICATION:
Seller will respond to all inquiries regarding this transaction. If the Buyer has any questions about the item for sale or the Terms of Sale, it is recommended that they be asked
BEFORE purchase.
2. NOTIFICATION AND FOLLOW-THROUGH:
The Buyer will be notified via e-mail by eBay or Seller within one day of close of sale. (This notification may also include shipping options.) Buyer has five days thereafter to respond. If Buyer does not respond within five days, Seller will strike Buyer's bid / order and repost the item.
3. SHIPPING:
Shipping fees will be calculated by eBay. Seller will ship item within
one business day
(excluding weekends and USA postal holidays) of receiving payment.
If the Buyer wishes to request special delivery services (such as insurance, signature confirmation, or an alternate courier), the Buyer must request an invoice from the Seller and specify which services are requested.
4. PAYMENT:
Payment must be received within five days of response from eBay or Seller (see §2). Payment received after five days will result in a terminated transaction for poor follow-through, per §2, and will be refunded (minus any processing fees). Payment must be for combined total of bid and shipping costs as stated in §3. Payment will be made in US$ via eBay's 'checkout' service.
5. WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY:
This item is warranted to be as described above, and free of defects. Items found to be defective upon receipt must be returned to the Seller within
14 days of receipt
for warranty service. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of item for warranty service. Seller will not authorize or reimburse for third-party service or replacement. Seller will offer refund upon return of defective items.
Damage or loss incurred in shipment must be settled with the courier. The Buyer must contact the Seller about shipping insurance
before or immediately upon purchase

Buyer is responsible for assuring compatibility with intended applications.
Warranty does not cover incompatibility, misuse, accident, damage during use, acts of god(s or other supernatural entities) or nature (including damage caused by animals), theft, loss after delivery, or any other incidental loss or damages. Seller shall only be liable for refund of total paid amount under any circumstance.
This limited Warranty shall apply for
180 days
from date of receipt by Buyer. This limited Warranty shall apply only within the United States and Territories.
6. FEEDBACK POLICY:
Seller will post positive feedback on all Buyers who agree to the above terms. Feedback will be posted within five days of receipt and clearance of payment, unless there are any unresolved issues. Seller will attempt to reconcile all unresolved issues but will adhere to the Terms as stated herein.
