This is beautiful rare SHORT WWI GERMAN
MAUSER BUTCHER 98/05 BAYONET. Bayonet made in 1917, used but in good condition.
Bayonet length without scabbard 15 inches or 38 cm. Blade length 10 inches or 25 cm. Blade has a mark: "WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER A.G. OBERNDORF a. N."

op of the blade has mark: "W 17" ( made in 1917).
Bayonet has metal scabbard.
