This without a doubt is one of the best and rarest examples of pre WW1 Prussian high end, sword production ,produced by WEYERSBERG & COMPANY SOLINGEN. The blade is marked on the spine With WEYERSBERG & CO SOLINGEN. THIS FROSTY BLADE HAS HUS.REG KONG HUMBERT ITLIRN HURHESS NO.13. This sword was produced for the king of Italy, and allies at the time ,for his royal hussars no.13. The sword has floral booms ,horses heads, crossed sword ,bugles bullit pouch, and top top it all off the king of Italy cypher.How rare is it to find a sword with king Umberto 1 royal cypher . This sword and scabbard are marked and dated on the scabbard , on the thumb guard, and the sword has the Hussar 1897 mark on the scabbard and on the thumb guard, and on the blade is the regiment no.13.
