    Description

    Pre-WWI Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co M1895 Chile German Mauser Bayonet with Scabbard. Ricasso is marked "Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co". The grips are solid with a couple minor scratches/nicks/small chips. The crossguard is marked "L8615". The blade has not been sharpened, it is mostly clean except for some small age spots, straight and tight. The lock button is functional. The scabbard has "L8615" on the frog stud, is solid with one small dings on the edge, and has an "o+" on the ball finial, the same mark is on the topside of the throat. Washer is missing. Length of the blade measures 9 15/16" (1" wide x 1/4" thick spine), length of the bayonet is 14 3/4", and in the scabbard it is 15 1/2". Muzzle opening is 9/16".
