    Description

    I picked this up about 8 or 9 years ago at  very good military auction and fully stand behind its authenticity of it being of proper age and marked as described. I believe this is an Japanese officers sword just not sure if just WWII or earlier.
    It truly is in very good condition with great lustre remaining on the perfectly straight blade that slides freely in and out of the non bent and dinged scabbard.The wire winding is broke which I clearly pictured and overall very minor. The brass in handle looks great and I think make this an exceptional good looker. I'm not sure what is a fair price and I'm sorry but auctions for anything but coins rite now don't do well. I be glad to listen to any reasonable offers if my Buy It Now price is out of line, but I believe it is pretty fair and know the condition to be exceptional . It measures a hair less than 37" long and I tried to picture it well to do most of the talking. Thanks for looking I always glad to combine and answer any questions you might have.
