    Original WWI Era Prussian German 1898 Officers Waking Out Dress Sword Dagen Rare. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    Up for sale is a very hard to find Prussian officers dress sword of the model 1898. It’s very very rare to find the leather scabbard. 100 + year old leather simply does not survive unless it was cared for extremely well, and sadly majority of these scabbard were not cared for and do not exist anymore. This sword luckily has its scabbard. Condition is good for its age, it has rust/patina spots on the blade and the scabbard is worn. Scabbard has a weak spot/crease in the top end but is still very much supported when the sword is sheathed. No issue at all for display. Wiring around the handle is very nice and you usually see them missing that or very loose. All around very nice sword and a rare offering with the original scabbard. There is only one other on EBay now and it does not have the much sought after scabbard!
