    Lot of four typewritten letters. Board of Chosen Freeholders, Mercer Co., N.J. Two are dated 1916, two are from 1917.
    All are to the same person, Mr. John Ginder. All are about road work, road oiling is mentioned.
    The two from 1916 conclude with the Clerk's name. The 1917 letters conclude with the County Engineer's name (Harry F. Harris).
