    Imperial German Triple Etched Officers sword, Famous Regiment and Officer Named.
    Gift saber to known officer with triple blade etching,
    Named to high ranking officer: “Arthur Saxenberger”.
    Beautiful engraving on a dark blue/black background.
    “Altmark Field Artillery Regiment. No. 40”/Burg near Magdeburg, around 1910, blade with manufacturer "W.K. & C." (Solingen) and manufacturer's mark, hollow rail and decorative etching on both sides, cartouches on both sides marked "Altmark. Field Art. Rgt. No 40" and bearer name on reverse "Einj. Freiw. Arthur Saxenberger", cannons, sabers and horses are beautifully etched throughout, L. 83 cm,m, iron knuckle-bow hilt, chequering grip with wire winding, steel scabbard black, 1 movable carrying ring.
    Beautiful blade in great condition.
