Harvey's Wagon Wheel 5 Cent Slot Machine With Stand Vintage Has Issues!!!

This listing is for a Vintage 5 Cent Harvey's Slot Machine attached to a wooden stand. This item is being sold As Is. When you pull the arm it doesn't spin much and sometimes not at all, it appears as though something is spinning on the inside but the outer wheel does not spin much and sometimes not at all. The arm can be pulled at free will, you do not have to insert coins to make it work at least this is how it seems, we pulled it multiple times without inserting any coins. It will also take a coin but again it does not require a coin to pull the arm. I have got this to dispense coins as well. This will also include the key to lock and unlock the front casing. Again this has issues , the wheel does not spin much and sometimes not at all. Please assume this need maintenance or some refurbishing to get it to work properly. This item is to be considered as is. This item will require Local pick, we will accept cash upon pickup after all inspections have been done by the buyer, again please consider this item As Is.
