German Triple Etched Silver 1921 Carl Eickhorn Sword

Description

This sword is in good shape. The handle’s wrappings are still intact and not loose. The guard is in good shape as well, and shows no dents or damage, however shows much use and age. The scabbard of the sword is in rough shape, as it is broken about ¾ the way down. Other than that, the remaining part looks great and the tip is still nice, as is the leather. Coming to the blade, the etching on it is very nice and not damaged. The etching is clear and easy to see, with only a miniscule amount of patina on it. The blade overall shows a little patina, but almost none over the etchings. The tip of the blade is still intact and in great shape too. The sword shows good wear and would still make a great collectors piece.
