    Auction for vintage WW2 Great Britain Medal for "pluck and endurance" to Cadet S. Woodall.
    1. Royal Warwickshire Regiment Medal engraved, 7th CDT BATTN R.W.R. CDT S. WOODALL 160th SQN. A.T.C. Awarded For Pluck & Endurance. Medal stamped sterling. Medals like these show up in Spink Catalogs. Records show that the medal would have to have been awarded before 1963 when the regiment became a "Fusiliers." The medal would indicate an award to an Air Cadet of the 160th Squadron of the ATC in the Royal Warwickshire area. Some information says the Cadet Officers from this unit were assigned to the SAS for special missions. This medal requires more research.
